Subject: Saints yearbook


Its that time of the season when we ask for all your fantastic team reports, and for the happy snappers out there – your wonderful ‘season of football’ photos.


Those of you who have finished for the season, please get started now – I know (from experience!) if you put it off till closer to the date, it becomes much much harder, so do it now while it’s all still fresh. For teams in finals, you have slightly later deadlines.  However, it is strongly suggested to write most of the report now then update with the outcome when finals are played.


REPORT TEMPLATE: Please use the attached Word.doc for your report as it helps with layout and getting the right word length. For those new to the Saints yearbook, two example reports are attached to give you some ideas.


PHOTOS: All coaches/managers – please ask among the parents and players if anyone has photos you/they could provide. The last attachment explains what is needed in photos.

PRINTING AND PUBLISHING DEADLINES: The yearbook is laid out by Club volunteers and a late team report usually means long nights (into the wee hours) of editing and typesetting. Please try and meet the deadlines below and avoid the risk your team has a blank entry!
