“James has become a real pillar of our defence and has developed over the year to date as a bit of a quiet achiever. Although he has not received as much of the glory as our goal scorers, he has proven to be absolutely vital to our overall success by stopping breakaways before they reach our goal keeper on more times than we can count. He always seems to put himself in the right place to frustrate opposition attacks. His skills and consistency have also developed well over the season to date, showing further promise for the future – watch this space!“
