WESTERN SYDNEY WANDERERS –scout former Saints player
Congratulations to Harry Browell on his recent invitation to trial for Western Sydney Wanderers
Youth Academy.
His experience is an example to all keen, committed and passionate Saints Players
as to the exciting possibilities which may lie ahead.
Harry first played for the Saints in 2004 as a 5 year old playing up in the U6s, right through 8 seasons
until his last Grand Final for the 12/1s in 2011. Along the way, Harry’s Team won 3 Grand Finals,
were Champion of Champions, won the 2010 Kanga Cup in U11s, Football NSW Fair Play Team
Award and News Ltd’s Team Spirit Award. Harry played every position outstandingly from
goalkeeper to striker.
His great ball skills, tenacity and awareness carried him into representative football where he now
plays at the highest level in NSW in Premier League 1 for Rockdale City Suns 16s, alongside his good
friend and former Saints team-mate, Lincoln Charles.
Harry is the perfect role model and exemplifies all that is good about football and the Saints’ spirit &
culture.
