Tasks required:

  1. Coordinate content development to support all Club communications
  2. Maintain Club communications calendar and ensure that activities are carried out, including following up others as required
  3. Utilise WordPress, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and social media accounts as directed to engage players, parents and other stakeholders.

Core capabilities required in these roles:

  • Highly proficient in writing external communications
  • IT proficiency including MS office tools and google drives
  • Experience in role specific tools such as WordPress and Mailchimp
  • High level of customer service focus
  • Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work alone and in a team environment

Desirable:

  • Experience in improving processes using technology; specifically in customer service or marketing
  •  LSFC involvement and experience highly valued

General requirements:

  • Motivated self-starter. Willingness to undertake other tasks as directed.
    Has an ABN and is able to provide services as an independent contractor
  • Can maintaining accurate records of time and activities to support invoicing for payment
  • Can accommodate irregular hours. As a guide: approx 5 hours per week during Jan/Feb/Mar,
    approx. 3 hrs per week during season, occasional work during off season
