Tasks required:
- Coordinate content development to support all Club communications
- Maintain Club communications calendar and ensure that activities are carried out, including following up others as required
Utilise WordPress,Mailchimp , Eventbrite, and social media accounts as directed to engage players, parents and other stakeholders.
Core capabilities required in these roles:
- Highly proficient in writing external communications
- IT proficiency including MS office tools and google drives
- Experience in
role specific tools such as WordPress and Mailchimp - High level of customer service focus
- Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work alone and in a team environment
Desirable:
- Experience in improving processes using technology; specifically in customer service or marketing
- LSFC involvement and experience highly valued
General requirements:
- Motivated self-starter. Willingness to undertake other tasks as directed.
Has an ABN and is able to provide services as an independent contractor - Can maintaining accurate records of time and activities to support invoicing for payment
- Can accommodate irregular hours. As a guide: approx 5 hours per week during Jan/Feb/Mar,
approx. 3 hrs per week duringseason , occasional work during off season
