Tasks required:
1. Answering club enquiries, including

  • Picking up phone messages and returning calls
  • Handling inbound written enquiries (in email or via Zendesk, as directed)

2. Club administration

  • Filling out forms, communicating with external stakeholders including CDSFA and Inner West Council
  • Maintaining systems and records including those required to support registration,  ground allocation and competition requirements
  • Preparing venues, presentations and packs for various meetings (e.g. coaches and managers information meeting, annual general meeting)
  • Supporting the committee with general admin, including preparing committee
    agendas, and minutes, and other work to support committee members on request
  • Maintain club administration calendar and proactively ensure that activities are carried out
  • Maintaining club IT setup including share drives and documents

 

Core capabilities:

  • IT proficiency including MS office tools and google drives
  • Experience in or demonstrated ability to learn role specific tools such as ZenDesk
  • High level of customer service focus
  • Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work alone and in a team environment

Desirable:

  • Experience in improving processes using technology; specifically in customer service or marketing
  •  LSFC involvement and experience highly valued

General requirements:

  • Motivated self-starter. Willingness to undertake other tasks as directed.
    Has an ABN and is able to provide services as an independent contractor
  • Can maintaining accurate records of time and activities to support invoicing for payment
  • Can accommodate irregular hours. As a guide: approx 20hrs per week during peak period Feb/Mar, minumum 1hr per day during the season, occasional work during off season
