You can find out for yourself! Council has a phone line, 9367-9190, with a recorded message about ground closures. At time of this posting it has Saturday's message on it, saying fields are all open, and as it hasn't been changed since, that means that all fields are still open.

Council does the pitch inspections at about 3pm most days. This means you should check at about 3:30, by which time it should be updated if needed. When the club is notified of ground closures, we send out a message via the mail list (have you subscribed? It's easy, click on the 'mail list' link to the right) and we post it here on the home page of the website straight away. 

(BTW, if there is a closure and people use the ground anyway, the club is fined and punished so please don't put the rest of us through the hassle. Also the administrator will hunt you down - she's the one that gets yelled at and it's not pretty)

Welcome back Saints players, parents and friends. And a hearty welcome to all those new to the Club and/or considering joining.

Your hard-working committee is busily organising the 2010 soccer season and the first order of business is registration. The two registration dates are listed above, with further information under the Registration 2010 tab, also above. If you are unable to make your allotted registration session please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. This is especially important for returning players, we want to save you a spot but need to hear from you in order to do so.

There are still a lot of details being finalised, but all the information we have about the competition, grading, training, policies, etc, is posted here on our website. Please click around and have a look at Adrian's wonderful work, you will find most of your questions answered this way. Any information that is not here is quite possibly something that has not been finalised yet, so check back for regular updates. Of course, the best way to stay informed is to subscribe to the mail list, the link for which is to the right. If you have home and work emails, put both addresses on the list so that important last-minute changes can be conveyed without the need for panicked phone calls!
