Welcome back Saints players, parents and friends. And a hearty welcome to all those new to the Club and/or considering joining.

Your hard-working committee is busily organising the 2010 soccer season and the first order of business is registration. The two registration dates are listed above, with further information under the Registration 2010 tab, also above. If you are unable to make your allotted registration session please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. This is especially important for returning players, we want to save you a spot but need to hear from you in order to do so.

There are still a lot of details being finalised, but all the information we have about the competition, grading, training, policies, etc, is posted here on our website. Please click around and have a look at Adrian's wonderful work, you will find most of your questions answered this way. Any information that is not here is quite possibly something that has not been finalised yet, so check back for regular updates. Of course, the best way to stay informed is to subscribe to the mail list, the link for which is to the right. If you have home and work emails, put both addresses on the list so that important last-minute changes can be conveyed without the need for panicked phone calls!

That's all for now, other than dusting off those boots (and shin pads, don't forget them) and making sure they still fit. We look forward to seeing you at registration or hearing from you soon.

Due to some configuration problems with the site I have begun re-building the site on a new template that fixes all the problems plus allows a far more flexible and stable layout.

To complicate matters I am trying to do all this from interstate where I was diverted unexpectedly. I ask you to bear with the design irregularities for a while. I should be back at home base soon and will then whip this site into shape.

Almost all the old content will return including the playing field maps. The main focus at the moment is to ensure that all information related to registrations is posted quickly; most of it already has.

The LSFC Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Eileen Leather as Club Administrator for the 2010 season.

The Saints are fortunate to have Eileen's organizational and administrative skills, expertise and experience along with her commitment to the Club to ensure smooth and efficient operations for the next 12 months.

Many of you will know Eileen well through her period of work as a Committee member in a range of capacities - CDSFA Rep, Junior and Senior Vice President, Member Protection Officer along with a host of activities in fundraising and social events.

We welcome her ongoing contributions to Leichhardt Saints FC.
